ABSTRACT. The mainstay of the paper is formed by an analysis of motivational determinants in the workplace, job performance of employees, and the motivational factors of conduct in work organizations. My paper contributes to the literature by providing evidence on the causal link between different need satisfactions and employee job performance, the impact of need contentment on work behavior, and the components of employee job performance conducts. pp. 97–102
