ABSTRACT. The mainstay of the paper is formed by an analysis of the relevance of trusting the online retailer, determinants of online retail for e-consumers, and consumers’ perceptions of online retailing service quality. My paper contributes to the literature by providing evidence on determinants of overall contentment in online retailing, critical factors that affect online retailing, and drivers of success, network connections, and the role of e-trust in online retailing. pp. 101–106
