ABSTRACT. Diprose compares Nietzsche’s and Arendt’s critiques of the juridical concept of responsibility (that emphasizes duty and blame) with the aim of deriving an account of responsibility appropriate for our time, and examines shared ground in their radical approaches to responsibility. Molier addresses the question which consequences the war on terrorism has for the practice of and thinking about humanitarian intervention. Guerra García notes that even if the rehabilitation of juridical persons is considered, the reparation to victims should be the first step in the chain of steps in order for the juridical person to become accepted by society again.
