ABSTRACT. The objective of this paper is to emphasize emotional manifestation within organizational contexts, the role of emotional experiences on conduct in organizations, and the influence of emotions on decision making. The overall results provide strong evidence for the strong effect that organizations have in selecting circumstances for the persons within them, the function and impacts of emotions in organizations, the significance of distinctive fluctuation in emotion identification, and the significance of properly deciphering emotional manifestations. The findings of this study have implications for emotion identification in organizations, the interpersonal effects of emotions, and emotions in organizational settings. pp. 116–121
