ABSTRACT. The mainstay of the paper is formed by an analysis of citizens’ contentment with e-government services, essential determinants of online service enlargement in public administration, and the preconditions for enforcing citizen-oriented e-participation. The findings highlight the importance of examining pivotal features of e-government for sustainable development, the implication of civil society in establishing the social demands of regional communities and individuals, and e-government as a way of furthering citizen involvement in the government instrumentation scheme decision-making processes. pp. 69–74
