ABSTRACT. This study is grounded in the considerable body of scholarship examining the consequences of economic downturns on children, the potential function of child-sensitive social protection, and scheme feedbacks planned to counteract the crisis from generating lasting suffering to children. The current study sets out to identify the impacts of monetary poverty on children, the effect of economic collapses on child and youth development, and scheme feedbacks to prevent the negative influences of the crisis on child welfare. pp. 101–106
