ABSTRACT. Scholarship about the function of eHealth and mHealth in the dynamic healthcare context, procedures that could further the embracing of eHealth and mHealth, and the capacity of eHealth and mHealth investments to diminish expenditures and strengthen effectiveness has increased and consolidated, especially in recent years. The mainstay of the paper is formed by an analysis of the importance of privacy and safety when employing eHealth technologies, the capacity of ICT systems to enhance the quality, security, and effectiveness of healthcare, and cost-efficiency of eHealth interventions. The material gathered in this study provides a rich and diverse context for understanding the importance of user-centered medical technology advance, the health benefits that mHealth clarifications can supply, and the business pattern of healthcare delivery. The overall results provide strong evidence for the effect of eHealth on healthcare expenditures, the capacity and constraints of present eHealth fabrics, and the determinants of spending within the eHealth and mHealth system. pp. 31–37
