ABSTRACT. Organization theory has been dominated by occidental paradigms with ‘Asian’ philosophies making minimal contribution. This article descriptively explains the phases and realms within the Wheel of Samsara from Buddhist Dharma. These phases and realms are reframed and represented as a descriptive model of dysfunctional organizational typologies. This article is an initial step in merging oriental philosophy into organizational theory.  pp. 133–160

Keywords: Buddhism, Dharma, emotions, organization, organizational development, Oriental philosophy
