ABSTRACT. Over the past decade, there has been increasing evidence describing the contemporary law of human rights, thinking and action on human rights, and actors’ formal power to influence collective decision-making. In the present paper, I focus on the recognition and enforcement of human rights, the public discourse of peacetime global society, and the content of public discourse. pp. 161–166

Keywords: legal construction, human rights, public discourse
