Behavioral Modeling and Wearable Haptic Technologies, Generative Artificial Intelligence and Automated Employment Decision Tools, and Holographic Display Devices in Immersive Multisensory Virtual Spaces

The aim of this systematic review is to synthesize and analyze generative artificial intelligence and visual data mining systems furthering effective job creation and displacement, augmented analytics capabilities, and qualified skilled labor in immersive interconnected 3D worlds. In this research, prior findings were cumulated indicating that immersive employee experiences can be achieved by use of generative artificial intelligence and workplace tracking systems, holographic display devices, and movement tracking sensors. A quantitative literature review of ProQuest, Scopus, and the Web of Science was carried out throughout August 2023, with search terms including “generative artificial intelligence and automated employment decision tools” + “behavioral modeling and wearable haptic technologies,” “holographic display devices,” and “immersive multisensory virtual spaces.” As research published in 2023 was inspected, only 179 articles satisfied the eligibility criteria, and 67 mainly empirical sources were selected. Data visualization tools: Dimensions (bibliometric mapping) and VOSviewer (layout algorithms). Reporting quality assessment tool: PRISMA. Methodological quality assessment tools include: AXIS, Distiller SR, ROBIS, and SRDR.
