ABSTRACT. The purpose of this paper is to gain a deeper understanding of the nexus between reward and personnel evaluation structures, determinants of desired KM behaviors, and the implementation of the TQM process. The results of the current study converge with prior research on organizational investment in knowledge management, the legitimacy of KM initiatives, and dispositional resistance to change. pp. 330–335
