MARKET POWER IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY

The theory that we shall seek to elaborate here puts considerable emphasis on the diverse nature of food products, the increasing volatility of the food marketplace, the competitive nature of food marketing, the food processing and packaging industries, and environmental threats to the food economy.
