INTERPERSONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL CONSEQUENCES OF WORKAHOLISM
DOINA POPESCU LJUNGHOLMABSTRACT. I am specifically interested in how previous research investigated the conceptualization and assessment of workaholism, negative consequences that can arise from workaholism, and the affective experiences of workaholics. The results of the current study converge with prior research on the function of external and contextual pressures on workaholism, the affective character of workaholism, and workaholic conduct patterns and their effect on individual and organizational outcomes. pp. 109–114
