Professor Khosrow Bagheri Noaparast received his Ph.D. from the University of New South Wales (Australia) in 1995. He has been teaching in University of Tehran ever since and has taught in university of Shiraz, Ferdowsi in Mashhad, Chamran in Ahvaz and Isfahan as invited Professor. Since 2009 he has been the president of “Philosophy of Education Society of Iran” (PESI) of which he was one of the founders. pp. 195–209
