ABSTRACT. In the present paper, I focus on employees’ attitudes towards change, individuals’ emotional predispositions towards change, the existence of knowledge hiding in organizations, the contribution of stakeholder interactions as an engine for the outcomes of change, and the role of managers in the change process. Related topics I will explore include interorganizational networks in the context of a web of complex organizations, the central means of understanding and analyzing organizations, the causes of change in organizations, the nature of organizational change, and the role of stakeholder interactions in the context of implementation of organizational change. pp. 212–217
