Networked and Integrated Urban Technologies in Sustainable Smart Energy Systems
Kathryn HarrowerABSTRACT. This article presents an empirical study carried out to evaluate and analyze networked and integrated urban technologies in sustainable smart energy systems. Building my argument by drawing on data collected from Energy B2B, McKinsey, PwC, Schneider Electric, Statista, and the U.S. Energy Information Administration, I performed analyses and made estimates regarding organizations supporting renewables and using green energy technologies and investment strategies. The data for this research were gathered via an online survey questionnaire and were analyzed through structural equation modeling on a sample of 3,800 respondents.
