ABSTRACT. Based on an in-depth survey of the literature, the purpose of the paper is to explore integrated smart city planning and management. Using and replicating data from Capgemini, KPMG, OAV, Philips, Siemens, SmartCitiesWorld, and Volkswagen Group China, I performed analyses and made estimates regarding computationally networked urbanism and sensor-based big data applications. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling.
