ABSTRACT. This paper analyzes the outcomes of an exploratory review of the cur- rent research on real-time advanced analytics, automated production systems, and smart industrial value creation in sustainable manufacturing Internet of Things. The data used for this study was obtained and replicated from previous research conducted by Deloitte, Economist Intelligence Unit, McKinsey, and Vodafone. I performed analyses and made estimates regarding smart manufacturing control systems. Data collected from 6,500 respondents are tested against the research model. Descriptive statistics of compiled data from the completed surveys were calculated when appropriate.
