RADICAL OPENNESS: CREATIVE INSTITUTIONS, CREATIVE LABOR AND THE LOGIC OF PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS IN COGNITIVE CAPITALISM

This paper examines the conceptual relations between “openness” and “creativity,” creativity as the new development paradigm, and creative labor as a way of beginning a discussion of “radical openness” and its applications to institutions in the age of cognitive capitalism.
